  1. If the guide rod is not already threaded onto the buffer tube end cap, apply blue Loctite (not included) onto the thread of the guide rod and proceed to thread onto the cap until hand tight.
  2. Install the bolt carrier insert through the rear channel of your bolt carrier group. This should be dropped in without any resistance. (For PCC BCG’s 9mm-.45ACP make sure the weight is removed before installation)
  3. Insert and prep the BCG into the upper receiver and prepare for mounting onto lower receiver.
  4. Stage the castle nut and end plate provided on buffer tube as you would a Mil-Spec kit
  5. Thread on the staged buffer tube until snug.
  6. Thread castle nut by hand so end plate covers the installed takedown pin spring
  7. Use spanner wrench to tighten castle nut over to lower receiver
  8. Install upper and lower receiver with BCG inside the upper receiver
  9. Insert the recoil spring over the guide rod that was been attached to the end cap.
  10. Using force to counter the spring tension, thread the cap over to the end of the buffer tube until snug. (Loctite is recommended)
  11. Dry cycle the charging handle to assure weapon cycles before live firing.
