TacFire Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty
 
TacFire Inc. products are warranted and protected for a Limited Lifetime from manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. TacFire® will replace (at our discretion & subject to availability) the defective product(s) after our Returns Customer Service Center staff has tested & determined the item(s) returned are defective & not functioning properly. Any types of modifications will void the product(s) warranty. The product must be returned within your 90 days of ownership and you must provide a copy of your receipt to show the Proof of Purchase from an authorized dealer. After the 90 days of ownership you will be required to send us a $10 handling fee made payable to TacFire Inc® by check or money order with a valid proof of purchase.  Please email for an RMA number before returning product(s) at support@tacfireinc.com.
 
Our 90 Day Guarantee: If you purchased your product within 90 days then we will waive the $10.00 handling fee. All you have to include is a note/ letter with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Return Procedure:
1.  Email our Returns Shipping Center through support@tacfireinc.com so that we can send you our warranty form to print out and we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. It is important that you contact us for an RMA to avoid any delays in processing time.
2.) Print out warranty form & fill in all the necessary fields making sure to write in the correct return address and don’t forget to include your RMA# along with a brief description of the issue you are experiencing with the product.
Note: TacFire Inc will not be held responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses given to us.
3. Along with the warranty form please enclose a copy of your receipt and a $10.00 check or money order payable to TacFire Inc. if it has been over 90 days of ownership, for the shipping and handling.
4. Pack everything in the original box and ship to our Returns Shipping Center, making sure to write your RMA# also on the outside of your package.
 Note: We are not responsible for any incoming lost packages, so make sure to save your tracking information for your own records.
*Average turnaround time is about 2 weeks for returns processing.
